Daniel Fisher

Daniel Fisher has served as Group Head of Human Resources, Communications & Culture since 2018. He is responsible for overseeing the development of the Company’s human resources function, as well as strategy for recruiting, developing and retaining the talent to support Hamilton’s growth objectives.

Daniel was previously the Global Head of Human Resources at the International Swaps & Derivatives Association (ISDA) and  prior to working at ISDA, he worked at Munich Re for 13 years. During that time he served as Global Head of Human Resources Strategy (2015 to 2017) and as Senior Vice President and Regional Head of Human Resources, North America (2009 to 2015), and Director of Human Resources for Munich Re’s UK and Ireland division (2003 to 2009). Daniel has also worked as a consultant with KPMG (2001 to 2003).

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the London School of Economics and a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Manchester’s School of Management. He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
