    Parental Leave

    We recognise that welcoming a new baby or child is a life-changing event for parents, regardless of gender, sexual orientation or how you became a parent. We offer a programme of enhanced parental leave, with 20 weeks full-time pay for maternity leave and 6 for paternity leave.
