Hamilton’s Contractor Pollution Liability policy (CPL) provides superior coverage and financial security protecting contractors from a variety of environmental exposures. The CPL product is aimed at safeguarding contractors from pollution incidences arising from environmental exposures of contracting operations, consultant, engineer and other professional services providers.

Offering a menu-driven approach, coverage can be easily tailored the meet the insured’s specific requirements. The CPL product can also be incorporated with Hamilton’s complement of other environmental products. Professional Liability (PL) coverage can also be provided on a select basis with our CPL product.
