Hamilton Select Insurance Inc.’s Life Sciences division targets small to midsized accounts in the excess and surplus (E&S) space, including hard-to-place and distressed accounts.

The Life Sciences division will target manufacturers, distributors, service providers and companies engaged in research and/or sales in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical & Cosmetic, Cannabis, Research, and Healthcare IT industry with products and services intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, prevention or cure of medical conditions or disease.

We will be providing Product Liability, Errors & Omissions (E&O) Liability and related coverages on both a primary and excess basis. Our underwriters will take a risk-specific approach to customize terms and conditions to meet the needs of each insured.
